Euphonium in Doctor Who short video

I recently stumbled upon this online and was shocked at the first few minutes of the video to see the Doctor carrying a euphonium and then successfully make a sound on it by pointing his sonic screwdriver into the bell. The euphonium references end at around :50 in the video but he does reference a "possesed orchestra" shortly after that. It goes into more stuff referencing the rest of the series and never mentions the euhonium for the rest of the short.
