Do you carry it in performance? Or are you talking about transporting it?
I had a Mirafone 186 that I used a tuba stand for playing while seated.
I had a Beach Dolly - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Red-Folding-...EAAOSw5dNWikod so I could transport the tuba.

Thanks. I need it for performance. Avoid the heavy weight, which causes Low back pains

I have never used a tuba strap I liked. Be prepared to experiment and try variations with whatever you have. You may discover that a single strap -- oriented correctly -- will work better than a fancy "harness". Other alternatives are available. At least one well-known professional has a modified belt buckle with a "flat hook" affair that engages in a soldered-on "slot" on the bottom of his horn. This has some major advantages -- if you can keep your pants up.
