Hi all - any ideas where i'd find spare parts for the trigger for a Besson euph? The felt inside the adjusting screw has pretty much been destroyed and now it's impossible to keep the euphonium in tune!
Windcraft haven't got this particular part

If you haven't done so already, you may want to try contacting Besson directly. They will probably be able to send you a replacement.

Please let me know if you have any luck with Besson.
I bought a 2052 Prestige recently and the trigger broke. It turns out that someone at the factory installed the spring backwards and then bent the tines to make it fit!
When I bought the instrument from Dillons I thought that I ever had a problem my local music store could provide warranty work. (They are an authorized Besson dealer but wouldn't give me a trial period if I bought the instrument from them). Now they said that Besson is TERRIBLE to get parts from (in one case a year and a half) and won't authorize payment for warranty work.
I've heard Besson's parts replacement has gotten better with the new place in florida. hopefully itll work out soon!
