I needed to order some felts, valve guides, etc. for my Yamaha 321 euphonium.

There are two versions of 321s floating about and I wasn't sure what parts were what, so I emailed the people at mouthpieceexpress.com with some questions.

My questions were answered fully and patiently through a a few email exchanges, and I ordered the part kit. The parts were exactly the ones I needed and shipping was timely.

While this certainly wasn't a big order dollar-wise, the mouthpieceexpress.com people treated me as if I were ordering a complete euphonium.

In the process of getting this order sorted out, I remembered that I had ordered a mouthpiece from them a couple years ago as a complete emergency. They had it in stock & were able to get it to me overnight.

They seem to be excellent people to do business with, and I intend to use them again when possible.

If you are looking for mouthpieces and parts, I recommend them.
