My bass and tenor trombone friends have boosters for their Wick 5AL and 2AL and they love to use them to get darker sounds and reduce the vibrations from playing loud on the marching field. I tried it with my 4AL that the school loaned me and it felt as if my sound got darker instantly and partials felt different. Have any of you guys had experience with these little gadgets???
