Very interested audience. The French have always been big fans of American Jazz and Dixieland is certainly that. The cows might also think the tuba sounds like another cow or even a bull. They might like a euphonium better, but, since cows don't spell very well, it might be a mooooooophonium
The cows in my area love the Alphorn. They try to join in to rehearsals, but can't hold a pitch for beans.
