    guards

Where do you buy guards (hand) for euphoniums? I've seen leather and cloth versions. Some have velcro and others are laced, any preferences? Are there any places to purchase in the US or are they all in Europe, or where?

I use the LSCO guards here:

      LSCO (Leather Specialist Co.)

The outside is leather, under that is a thin layer of plastic to keep moisture from penetrating to the horn, then on inside is some soft material that won't tarnish the silver. The dye in leather can cause tarnish.
