    What do you listen to?

I like listening to All Brass Band Radio quite often. Then other times I like listening to Pandora Radio where you can create your own Jukebox of sorts. You get 40 hours listening a month for free.

About a week ago I found a very good NPR radio station out of Dallas Texas with very little chit-chat (or fund raising). It's WRR 101.1 and very good!

    What do you listen to?

What do I listen to while surfing/doing busy work/waiting for students to show up for my office hours/mopping the kitchen floor/driving to gigs/when insomnia hits?...

Bill Evans...Warne Marsh...Lennie Tristano...early Lee Konitz (can't stand later Konitz)...Paul Desmond...Gerry Mulligan...Lester Young...Stan Getz...Chet Baker... Dave Brubeck...Brew Moore...Zoot Sims & Al Cohn...Yankee Baseball Games (on MLB.com)... Sports Talk from NYC (my hometown) and Chicago, and the 10 meter amateur radio band when it's open. That's enough.

    What do you listen to?

If I am at work and working on office stuff or reports, I will listen to Pandora. I have two "stations": "Canadian Brass" and "Marine Band" that I listen to, although I enjoyed having a "Classical Christmas" one over the holidays.

Well now I listen to All Brass Band Radio! I didn't even know about it! Thanks, sounded like the DJ was speaking Deutsch a minute ago.

Grooveshark.com has been a very popular website for me recently

haven't tried classical, but many popular music albums are fairly well represented.

I noticed that Pandora Radio Pandora Radio has updated their web site. Much improved graphics and features! They used to limit their 'free access' to 40 hours per month, but now looks like there is no longer a limit. I have a channel setup to listen to "Morricone" music. Almost everything they offer I like.
