Would you buy one of theses tubas

I've just started back into playing euphonium. I've been thinking of doubling with tuba some day. The main reason is our community band is without a tuba most of the time. I'm in an area where repair of a tuba will involve shipping it away. Are either of these tubas worth purchasing with the idea of repairing them in a year or two.

I don't mind comments on the doubling on tuba. I'm still learning on euphonium and still far from being a good player

The Imperial is older but better, and more repairable into a decent horn.
The 700 won't get better no matter what you do to it.
