Full Euphonium Covers
Hey all,
I see a lot of euphonists use these full covers lately and I was wondering if anyone could post some links where I could find some.
After my audition to the HARTT school of music James Jackson ripped out his euph and it had this neat cover over it.
Here are some pics:

If you mean a blanket I have tried to use one but I was mainly interested in where these guys bought these cases.

I THINK these are offered by DEG, importer of Willson. And if I remember correctly Besson was going to bring them back again, so check with Steve Mead (euphonium.net)

snugli baby carrier. You put the euph where the baby goes, about $20 at Walmart

When I was stationed with the 298th Army Band in West Berlin, Germany, I thought it might be cool to emulate the Brits with those "blankets".
I had a couple custom-made from within the Berlin command's supply system and apart from keeping the valves from dripping water all over my uniforms (this was pre-water catcher or grime gutter days), I hated the thing.
It sounded like I was playing in a blanket, oddly enough.
Maybe those "snugli" things are made differently - dunno. But thanks to water-catcher/grime gutters, I don't have to worry about oily clothes anymore.
Or uniforms, for that matter.
