    USCG T-E Quartet @ USAESOM

I was just watching the youtube video of the Coast Guard Tuba-Euphonium Quartet on the site - and then I recognized a certain individual in the front row of the audience . . . ME!!! (On the left) It would have been about 1993 if I remember right, and what a terrific performance it was!

Any chance a young musician can get to play in an ensemble where she/he can't "hide" in a section is a great thing. T-E quartets present a real opportunity for us to showcase our musical expression. One of the community bands I play in now is starting a T-E quartet . . . these videos really have me fired up now! Bravo!

Well, that's fun! Which video were you in (English Country Garden, or the Ramsoe, or both)?
