Billy Birthrong is the brass technician there and does excellent work. He's the guy that Gail Robertson takes her horn to for any repairs and cleaning.

I took my horn there a few years ago in spite of it being a 3 hour drive from West Palm Beach, FL. Billy set up an appointment for me so that the acid bath, valve-port alignment, and a small dent removal could be done in that one day. It was Billy who showed me those neat brushes and snakes available from H.W. Products Inc. which he uses along with an acid bath to clean the horn.
