i confirm this is for a Bb instrument (continental europe notation). 0 = C, meaning Bb when you hear it since your instrument is in Bb.

It seems that there are some confusions on what a French Tuba in C is. It is like a big bass saxhorn with 6 pistons (bass saxhorn has 4 or 5 pistons, is in Bb, is not compensated (except new willsax)...
