  1. Sterling Virtuoso in Lacquer

    Some people prefer a lacquer finish for their horns. Lacquer can be easier to care for in day-to-day use (just wipe off with a damp cloth). There is a nice photo of Mr Michael Howley, Principal Euphonium with The Brighouse and Rastrick Band of England. He is playing a Sterling Virtuoso in lacquer, still with the gold-plated trim.
